• Analysis will contain TAMC, TYMC, and Spore-forming Bacteria

• Testing is performed using a validated bioburden procedure

• Designed to determine bioburden at post-wash and point of transition of custody

• Air Sampler is included in kit – 1000L/10 min

• Sampling to be conducted at critical control points in the facility

• Plates will be analyzed for TAMC

• Two options for surface sampling: Contact Plates or ATP Analysis

• ATP Reader and swabs provided

• Designed for AM and PM testing

• Opportunity to correlate ATP Data to CFU/plate using Contact Plates

• Analysis performed will be HPC – SMEWW

• Sampling performed at source water and post tunnel washer

• Testing is performed using a validated procedure

• Cover pre- and post-wash

• Samples are blind-coded to assure anonymity of participants
